Keren David started her career in journalism as a teenage messenger girl and then trainee reporter at the Jewish Chronicle, going on to a career in national newspapers at the Sunday Times and The Independent.
In 2016 she returned to work at the JC where she is now the managing editor. She is also the award-winning author of 14 books for children and young adults, including What We’re Scared Of, which tackles the subject of contemporary antisemitism.

All proceeds raised will go towards WIZO UK’s emergency rehabilitation fund. Set up following October 7th, this offers a wide range of therapies, supporting a traumatised nation suffering and dealing with the psychological fall out of these horrific events. The impact of these brutal attacks cannot be underestimated and WIZO as a first responder must continue to be there for the needs of Israeli citizens.
