As Israel’s largest social welfare organisation, WIZO begins this new year with a renewed commitment to protect the most vulnerable, to restore stability where it has been shattered and to help families move forward with dignity and support.
Through WIZO’s Emergency Appeal, we are:
- Keeping children safe in day-care centres that provide routine, care and security
- Delivering trauma and mental-health support to women, children and young people
- Sustaining youth villages and schools for teens who need structure and protection
- Strengthening women’s shelters and safety-net services under increased pressure
